What can I sent you
to show you that I care?
What could I give you to let you
know how very special you are to me?
I could sent you a rainbow,
to shine as bright promise
after the storm.
I could sent you the sunshine,
to chase away any dark clouds
that come to your way.
I could sent you a hug,
to hold you carefully
when you feel afraid.
I could sent you a smile
to embrace and surround your
heart with happiness.
I could sent you a flower,
a symbol of beauty, friendship and life.
I could sent you a butterfly,
with strong wings to lift
your spirit up.
I could sent you warm breezes,
to gently fill your soul
and hold with your journey.
But maybe I’ll send you my friendship,
and with it you’ll find all of these.

Foods That Can Help Soothe a Headache

Foods That Can Help Soothe a Headache

When a headache strikes, you may run through your usual routine: Turn out the lights, lie down and pop a pain pill. But did you know that certain foods may ease, and even prevent, headaches? Add these soothing foods to your shopping list and find out for yourself.

1. Baked Potato
The side you love with dinner could help soothe your aching head, especially if your headache is alcohol-related. Since alcohol is a diuretic, it can not only cause dehydration, but also cause you to lose electrolytes such as potassium.Eating potassium-rich foods can help to alleviate hangover-related headaches. Surprisingly, a baked potato (with the skin) is one of the most impressive sources of potassium, containing a whopping 721 mg. By comparison, a banana serves up 467 mg.

2. Watermelon
ehydration is a major cause of headaches . So instead of popping a pain pill next time your head throbs, consider reaching for water-rich foods, like watermelon. The natural water contained in both fruits and vegetables contains essential minerals, like magnesium, that are key in headache prevention. Try this tasty, hydrating watermelon smoothie: In a blender, combine 2 cups seeded watermelon chunks, 1 cup cracked ice, ½ cup plain yogurt, a drizzle of honey and ½ tsp grated ginger. Blend and enjoy. (Bonus: The ginger can help ease headache-induced nausea symptoms!) Other foods with high water content include berries, cucumber, melon, soups, oatmeal, tomatoes and lettuce.

3. Coffee

Java has been a folk remedy for headaches for centuries, but does it really work? Yes, but in moderation. Alcohol can cause blood vessels to expand, exasperating headaches. Since the caffeine in coffee is a vasoconstrictor, it can help alleviate a headache by helping to reduce the size of the blood vessels. But hold off on the triple venti. Too much coffee could make matters worse. Caffeine is also a diuretic, which can increase dehydration and increase the severity of a headache. The bottom line: One cup of coffee may be helpful for decreasing hangover-related headaches, but drinking coffee throughout the day would not be the best choice for curing a headache.

4. Whole-Grain Toast
Low-carb dieters beware: Too little carbohydrates and you might bring on a headache. When you follow a low-carbohydrate diet, you begin to deplete glycogen stores, which are a main source of energy to the brain . This also causes an increase in fluid losses from the body, which can trigger dehydration. By reducing energy to the brain and causing dehydration, these low-carbohydrate diets can trigger headaches. When one hits, consider reaching for healthy carbs, such as those found in whole-wheat bread, oatmeal, fruit or yogurt. Bonus: A healthy boost of carbs may also improve your mood, as they help your body to release serotonin, the feel-good hormone.

5. Almonds
According to past research, magnesium, found in almonds, may protect your body from the brunt of a headache by relaxing blood vessels. Migraine sufferers may also experience relief by following a diet rich in magnesium, some experts believe. To increase your magnesium intake, try consuming magnesium-rich foods such as bananas, dried apricots, avocados, almonds, cashews, brown rice, legumes and seeds.

6. Spicy Salsa
Can you say caliente? It may sound unusual, but spicy foods such as salsa and hot peppers may help you snap back from a headache faster. Depending on the type of headache, spicy foods may be helpful. If a headache is due to sinus congestion, spicy foods may help to decrease congestion and open the airways, helping to decrease pressure and the accompanying headache.

7. Yogurt
When your head is pounding, your body may be calling out for calcium. The brain depends on calcium to function efficiently. Make sure you are consuming calcium-rich foods, like fat-free plain Greek yogurt, which is a great source of calcium, with no added sugars and beneficial probiotics for your gut.

8. Sesame Seeds
Sprinkle them on salads, in oatmeal or on top of soups and stir-fries. Why? These tiny seeds pack a big nutritional punch. Sesame seeds are rich in vitamin E, which may help to stabilize estrogen levels and prevent migraines during your period. It also improves circulation, which helps prevent headaches.Bonus: Sesame seeds are also rich in magnesium, which may give them added headache-preventing power.

9. Spinach Salad
What worked for Popeye may work for your headache. Spinach has been shown to help decrease blood pressure, prevent hangovers and may help to alleviate headaches. Try using spinach leaves instead of lettuce for a headache-preventing power salad. This summer salad is packed with headache-soothing foods: Toss together 2 cups spinach leaves, 3/4 cups cubed watermelon, 1/2 cup chopped dried apricots and 2 Tbsp chopped walnuts or almonds, and drizzle with raspberry vinaigrette.

The leaf that fell from the old – plane tree

it yellowed, saped, it is  died now.

Now it breaks, frayed by the winds

and the waves escaped, they are scattered

and the remnants they reach in the sea.

And when each trace is lost for always

the existence of fallen leaf

becomes doubtful, resembles delusion of

need to create each what

in order that it likes in us .

Why my songs are always sad?

Because you are unreacheable

you looked like a star

bright and eyecatching

you looked like a star

far, far away unreacheable.

When I first saw you

I supposed time stopped

your eyes were so  deep so boundless

I lost myself in your dreamy eyes

that I understood I was in heaven

in the most beautiful garden of heaven.

I had always thought world was so beautiful

but I understood at the time

beautiful one was not the world

world was just reflecting your beauty

you were near to me as anyone

you were far from me like a star

your eyes warmed my soul

I felt myself was blessed

and then you have gone.

It was like a dream but was not

I understood I could not reach you

because you were a star unreacheable

since the day I have been looking at stars

I have been trying to find a star

it will warm my soul again like you

it will make me feel love again like you.

A gentle breeze began to flow,

creating music to one’s ears,

whence it came no one knows

yet it takes away all our fears.

Possesing such power and night,

a sit stendily warms the cool air,

leaves dancing everywhere in sight,

magical essence to those who dare.

A single gift of beauty to behold,

the soft wind felt upon your face>

It carries the fragrance of flowers,

blending aroma of spring so rare,

hard to believe in winter it devours

but for now,it’s splendor we share.

The mystical wind is like life itself,

for it contains both good and bad

never found sitting idle on a shelf,

it can make one happy

or forever sad.

I wonder:

Why are you so free?

Standing there on the toulip tree

You are calm

without care.

You sing as you like,

when hunger you strike

You fly as you please

Ever so free.

However I am trapped,

within the laws of society.

Attached with chains,

unbearable pain.

Life feel like

an endleess game

Is freedom real,

can it ever be gained

Time is running out,

I can feel my life being drained.

I despire your birds,

I cannot win the game

but If I do,

to be like you

is the prize I shalll claim!

As trees are robbed of Autumn leaf

New colours congregate beneath

A tapestry just He could weave

Sunset reminds  us to believe

Dawn’s kiss awakes the winget choir

As dewdrops flee the leaves to back

In promissed warmth across our shire

As morning mist removes its mask

Sweet childhood memorise retrieved

and seeing is to be believed.

With Winter’s breath the night is sealed

A starlit Eden is revealend, moon rising

over open field

And muted trees that long to speak

of frozen beauty.

Toninght just creak,silly people

never stop to muse

just shake the stardust from their shoes

for such times we will then grieve

Life’s sonnet rhymes when we believe.

For Winter’s bite come Spring”s

soft kiss and Nature’s metamorphosis

from shroudead ,clouded angry sky

Emerges Heaven’s butterfly.

With blut of lamb and budded morn.

Heaven smiles upon the earth reborn.

Artist and Poet on balmy eve.

Each star one moment to believe.

Our mind toasts absent friend the Sun

who spreads honey over lost dreams once spun.

Across mendow the bath shy flowr in hope,

3then piercing treetops’ God’s keleidoskope.

The raging hiss of Summer’s bless

Ducts with breeze the soul to ease

with parfumed promise lovers receive

One breath from heaven mimes believe.

Reflection in the water

fade and disappear

illusions that mine eyes can see

but cannot touch nor hear.

And now I come to ask myself

Are you really real?

If I reach out to take your hand

will it be your hand I feel?

You might be an illusion

My eyes might be deceiting me

you could be someone that I made up

A wish, a dream, a fantasy

Question like these just make doubt stronger

creating a kind of inner hunger

in quite solitude I ponder

leaving my mind to search and wonder

if  life is so  much like a dream

and things are not always what they seen

then let me walk this road with you

until our wakening is dust.

With the clouds rolling in

my soul starts to spin

the crazy feeling that I love

takes me away

beyond and above

the drumming beat

fills my head

I jump out of my bed

the one made of tears

and run to the window

I silently watch

my own private show

when it becomes to hard

to hold my self back

I break the window to shards

jump into the rain

yelling take me away!

We  sent our smile

gift to present,

we entrusted to this

our hope for tomorrow

and felt for few moments

eternally carefree.

But suddenly started to rain

the flame of our smile

extinguished ingloriously you think

and our hope melted

brought to despair and the this.

We are not anymore carefree

the clouds they became problems

and they threw rain

that can be

tears that we droped

for a lost love.
